BREAKING GROUND
We're thrilled to announce that ground has officially been broken on Casa Nidus, marking the beginning of an exciting journey ahead. Starting in early December, our construction team wasted no time, diving into the initial phase by digging two meters down into the site. It's a significant step, laying the groundwork for what's to come. But what made it truly special was inviting the homeowners themselves to participate in the first pour of concrete, symbolizing their integral role in this collaborative process.
In the weeks that followed, our team diligently placed reinforcing steel and concrete forms for the footers, meticulously crafting the foundation that will support the entire structure. Completed in early January, this phase may seem unassuming, but it's where the magic begins. Much of the work happens below the surface, unseen yet essential in laying a solid groundwork for what's to rise above.
Meanwhile, amidst the groundwork, steel beams and columns arrived on-site, ready to be integrated into the vertical construction phase. With every piece meticulously prepared, we're gearing up to witness Casa Nidus take shape, layer by layer, beam by beam.
