L-32.V3 is a speculative design of modern home located in Cumbaya, Quito, Ecuador. The architecture is created from the interplaying of volumes and materials, creating dynamic and functional spaces on the interior and a beautiful composition on the exterior. The main two levels are elevated above the ground to create an expansive terrace for gatherings. The design utilizes half levels to step down and create the connection back to the ground while maximizing the views of the impressive site.
